Choose a prompt, make a real observation, and leave the conclusion open.

• Describe one leaf or other everyday object without naming it.
• Listen from one place and record the order of three sounds.
• Sketch the outline of a view in a single continuous line.
• Revisit an earlier note and add what you would describe differently now.

These prompts are for quiet observation. Stay in places you are permitted to be, leave living things undisturbed, and do not publish sensitive locations.
